Calls and text messages
By submitting a form, you agree that Nexa Exteriors may contact you about your request by phone call and text message at the number you provided. Some of these calls and texts may be made with automated technology or an AI voice assistant, which will identify itself as calling on behalf of Nexa Exteriors. Service providers we use
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the information you enter in our forms and delivers it to our business email inbox. FormSubmit processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Our internal customer system stores estimate requests so our team can follow up and track your project. It is hosted by Netlify and Supabase and is accessible only to Nexa Exteriors staff.
- Our email provider stores the form submissions and emails we receive.
- Our website host serves this website and may log technical request information.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and when a form is sent or a phone number is tapped. It uses cookies and similar technology and does not receive the contents of your form. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Fonts and Google Maps load fonts and the map on our contact page. Google may receive your IP address and browser information when they load.
- Better Business Bureau (BBB) provides the accreditation seal image shown on our site.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and warranty your project, and meet legal, tax, and insurance record-keeping requirements. If you never become a customer, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
This site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and access to the inbox that receives form submissions is limited to Nexa Exteriors staff. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please don't include sensitive details such as insurance policy numbers or financial information in our web forms.
Children
Our services are for homeowners and property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
